If we are ever more than 30 minutes behind schedule, we will notify you. Problems with the potential to delay your shipment are addressed and solved immediately.

Your (DOH), can call, e-mail or text a message to let you know when your shipment has been picked up and when it's been delivered. We can inform you of your shipment's status however you want. From phone call, faxes, email or text message, we'll let you know what's going on for your peace of mind.
